My first business started when I was 12 years old, fixing bicycles for neighborhood kids. I didn’t have a business plan, a website, or a pile of money. I saw a problem, knew how to fix it, and found people willing to pay me.
Since then, I’ve built businesses in roofing, painting, trucking, driveway repair, and more. Some grew into operations with multiple crews. Others taught me valuable lessons about what works and what doesn’t.
